Roger FriedmanLike everyone, we’re waiting for “Melania,” the Melania Trump documentary set for release on January 30th.
On the 29th, Brett Ratner’s $40 million infomercial will premiere at the Kennedy Center in from of Trump loyalists.
But meantime, “Melania” has become a very funny online meme. There are pictures of defaced posters in bus shelters all over the place.
At the same time, advanced ticket sales are minimal to non- existent. In New York, no surprise, there are one or two seats taken in some theaters, none in most of them.
But in Palm Beach, Florida, ground zero for Trump, the same story exists.
Amazon/MGM is releasing the movie, and in all likelihood they will not report box office numbers. But taking a look to theaters in key cities should make estimating the numbers pretty easy.

ICE agents fled from the crowd and left behind their operations plan for Minneapolis, including agent’s names, hotel rooms, phone numbers, boxes of license plates, and tactical radio frequencies.
ICE agents abandoned several vehicles in a Minneapolis neighborhood, and demonstrators who accessed the vehicles found documents, license plates, operational plans, and tactical gear inside.
This event occurred on or around January 15, 2026, amid heightened tensions and ongoing protests in Minneapolis following a fatal shooting by an ICE agent a week earlier. The agents reportedly left the vehicles after being “chased out” or swarmed by demonstrators, as reported by local accounts and shared in live-streamed footage online.
The items reportedly found in the abandoned vehicles included:
Identity cards
Paperwork
License plates (agents have reportedly been switching license plates to avoid detection)
Operational plans
Tactical gear
“Challenge coins”
Minneapolis police have noted that the surge in ICE activity has led to numerous 911 calls reporting abandoned cars blocking traffic, sometimes with pets inside, due to agents pulling people over and leaving their vehicles in the roadway. Local and state officials in Minnesota have accused the federal agents of violating state law by improperly using and swapping license plates.
ICE and Border Patrol are hiring sex offenders.

Sensitive details of around 4,500 ICE and Border Patrol employees—including almost 2,000 agents working in frontline enforcement—have allegedly been released by a Department of Homeland Security whistleblower following last week’s fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good.
The Jan. 7 killing of the mother by ICE agent Jonathan Ross in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has sparked nationwide protests and worldwide outrage, including among some DHS employees.
The alleged leak to ICE List, a self-styled “accountability initiative,” is believed to be the largest ever breach of DHS staff data. It appears to include names, work emails, telephone numbers, roles, and some resumé data, including previous jobs of federal immigration staff.
ICE List founder, Dominick Skinner, told the Daily Beast: “It is a sign that people aren’t happy within the U.S. government, clearly. The shooting [of Good] was the last straw for many people.”

Trump is unhappy with AG Pam Bondi because she sometimes follows the law!!!
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Donald Trump is increasingly unhappy with Pam Bondi, describing her as weak and ineffective.
This I suppose is because she sometimes still pretends that the DOJ is at least a little constrained by laws and stuff, instead of just imprisoning and expropriating all of Donald Trump’s enemies at a speed of light.
Bondi’s replacement will probably be Nick Fuentes or Alex Jones or Pepe the Frog — in any event, someone who will make Bondi look like Clarence Darrow by comparison.
