Memo to JD Vance (not his real name):

During a Fox News interview that aired on Wednesday, Vance said he expects to see “deportation numbers ramp up as we get more and more people online, working for ICE, going door to door and making sure that if you’re an illegal alien, you’ve got to get out of this country.”

Listen up, JD:  DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING TO MY DOOR.  Just don’t do it.

Bits and pieces from today’s news

Why are masked men carrying boxes and belongings out of the home of Jonathan Ross, the ICE thug who murdered Nicole Renee Good?

Gun-toting Feds swarmed the home of the ICE agent who fatally shot protester Renee Good on Friday morning, the Daily Mail can exclusively reveal.

A Special Response Team arrived at the suburban Minneapolis home, where Jon Ross, 43, lives with his wife and children, early this morning.

Daily Mail images captured half a dozen Federal officers wearing masks and balaclavas, one carrying pepper spray and another wielding an assault rifle.

A neighbor told the Daily Mail she spotted Ross’s wife Patrixia pacing around the couple’s driveway on Wednesday afternoon, hours after her husband opened fire on Good.

Since then, the house has been empty amid suggestions that the couple and their children have gone into hiding.

The fresh activity comes after the Daily Mail revealed that Ross is an Enforcement and Removal Operations agent and Iraq veteran, married to a Filipina immigrant.

He has become the focus of rage over ICE actions around the country after he shot and killed Good on Wednesday afternoon while she was driving her SUV down a street where agents were on duty.

QUESTION:  Are the removing items from the house for their investigation, or, is this his Gestapo friends helping him move into hiding?

Exxon CEO calls Venezuela ‘uninvestable’ without ‘significant changes’

Source: Washington Post

January 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. EST

As President Donald Trump pushed U.S. oil companies to commit to invest $100 billion in Venezuela at a White House meeting on Friday, the CEO of ExxonMobil warned the company is far from enlisting.

CEO Darren Woods said that Venezuela is “uninvestable” after Trump asked him how long it would take the firm to restart operations there. He added that “significant changes have to be made to those commercial frameworks, the legal system, there has to be durable investment protections,” and there needs to be a rewrite of the laws governing oil production in Venezuela.

He would only commit to sending a technical team to the country shortly to begin assessing the situation. The exchange underscored how the industry is struggling to chart a course that will please the president without spending recklessly on risky drilling ventures.

The afternoon meeting was attended by several major oil companies in addition to Exxon, including Chevron, ConocoPhilips and Shell. Chevron is the only U.S. firm operational in Venezuela. Trump vowed the companies that commit to pumping in Venezuela will make substantial profits, but the firms, aware of the extremely challenging economics and security concerns around drilling in the unstable Latin American nation, are reticent to commit.

The US Department of Agriculture suspends all federal funding to Minnesota, effective immediately.

THE HONORABLE TIM WALZ
Governor of Minesota

St. Paul, MN 55155
THE HONORABLE JACOB FREY
Mayor of the City of Minneapolis
City Hail
350S. Fifth St., Room 330
Minneapolis, MN 55415
Dear Governor Walz and Mayor Frey,
It is my responsibility as Secretary of Agriculture to ensure sound stewardship of taxpayer dollars by climinating fraud, waste and abuse in all programs funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). The widespread and systemic fraud associated with federal benefit programs in the State of Minnesota and the City of Minneapolis demonstrate an inability to handle federal resources without additional oversight and accountability measures in place.
During your tenures as Governor of Minnesota and Mayor of Minneapolis, numerous non-profits and businesses have defrauded the federal government in what a federal prosecutor in Minnesota called "a staggering, industrial-scale fraud".! Most notably, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit— Feeding Our Future defrauded U.S. taxpayers of nearly $250 million in federal funds given to them by the Minnesota Department of Education.? This fraud scheme involved USDA funding provided to the State of Minnesota to feed hungry children under the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). As of late November, 78 defendants had been charged in what the Department of Justice characterized as the largest COVID-19 fraud scheme in the country?
Other recent examples of'alleged fraud in Minnesota include exploitation of the Small Business Administration Paycheck Protection Program", a scheme to defraud the Housing Stabilization
1-Whut te know about Minnesoca' "industrial-scale fraad" scandal, as more charges are fled and Trump weighs in, "CES Nows (Dic. 19, 3025) available at ht:/www.cbsnews.com/news/atas-do-know-alonesota-frawf-candal

/Federal Jury Finds Feeding Our Future Masternind and Co-D…
Services Program", and alleged fraud in daycare centers*, Your Administrations have refused additional accountability and oversight, claiming that criticism of rampant fraud and abuse is
"racist."
While the full extent of fraud in Minnesota is not yet known, it is clear that, under your leadership-
or lack thereof fraudsters can take advantage of federal funds and the American
taxpayer with impunity. This necessitates federal action to protect taxpayer dollars until adequate safeguards can be established.
Despite a staggering, wide-reaching fraud scandal, your Administrations refuse to provide basic information or take common sense mcasures to stop fraud. In fact, rather than conlin your SNAP rolls are accurate to prevent continuing fraud, you asked the courts to block USDA's directive to recertify the State's SNAP recipients. Recent news reports also emerged that the Minnesota Department of Human Services repeatedly reported incorrect information about SNAP to the federal government.? The Trump administration refuses to allow such fraud to continuc.
Therefore, because of your failed Icadership and abysmal financial management oversight, 1 am notifying you that, effective immediately, I am suspending payments on all active awards and any future awards from USDA to the State of Minnesota and the City of Minneapolis, currently totaling over $129.18 million. Within 30 days, you shall provide USDA with payment justifications for all federal dollar expenditures from January 20, 2025, to the present. Going forward, all transactions on awards to the State of Minnesota or the City of Minneapolis will require such payment justification. If those payment justifications are not received, awards will remain suspended.
While your Administrations have turned a blind eye to documented fraud, the Trump Administration has made clear that fraud, waste, and abuse are unacceptable. The American people deserve to know that their taxpayer dollars are helping those in need-not criminals. …

Washington National Opera is leaving the KENNEDY Center.

Jan. 9, 2026, 5:40 p.m. ET

The Washington National Opera decided on Friday to move its performances out of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, abandoning the hall where it has played since 1971 in perhaps the largest artistic rebuke yet to President Trump’s campaign to remake the Kennedy Center in his image.

The opera company is seeking to sever its ties with the Kennedy Center after a tumultuous year in which both groups have faced cancellations by artists, empty seats and the retrenchment of donors protesting Mr. Trump’s intervention. Within weeks of beginning his second term, the president named himself chairman of the center and installed a political ally, Richard Grenell, as its executive director, while filling its board with supporters.

A resolution to leave was approved by the Washington National Opera’s board of trustees on Friday, according to a statement the opera provided to The New York Times.

Why has the media gone silent about Epstein?

Notice how quiet the media has become . . .

. . . over the daily failure of DOJ to release any new Epstein files? A little reporting about the Dems asking for a special master but that’s pretty much it.

All of the fourth estate just seems satisfied to accept the proclamation from DOJ that they “are reviewing” 2 million, 5 million, umpteen million or gazillion millions of documents. No push from the media about how could they be so f’d up about the number of documents. No realization, or care, by the media that by DOJ floating out conflicting document totals they are making cover for the ability to not release documents because nobody knows the true total in the end so nobody can know whether the total released is all that there is.

Intel people know this tactic as creating “chaff”. You just create so much false and misleading information that nobody can reasonably see through to the truth of an aspect or the whole of a situation. People have felt for a long time that this is what the CIA did in the period before JFK was killed. Because of all of the “chaff” purposely created it allows constant rebuttal and doubt about any one “theory” because much of the information, the phony “chaff”, would be in conflict with any one theory. In other words no theory could encompass all of the “what about this” that comes up.

Disinformation campaigns are examples of “chaff” and the effects of creating endless wild goose chases/dog chasing its’ tail scenarios. It allows the powers that be to always discredit any conclusion put forth against them by being able to criticize that conclusion by saying it doesn’t account for this, this and this.

This coverup of Epstein is massive and orchestrated at the highest levels. Now even if a judge were to order DOJ to immediately turn over all of the files to a special master what is the true number of documents?

Does anybody believe DOJ when they swear to a judge they have turned over everything? The same DOJ that has repeatedly been found to lie to the courts and lie to grand juries?

My warning to all Democratic candidates or possible candidates

I will vote for the Democratic candidate who pledges to charge, prosecute, and imprison Donald Trump, JD Vance, Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, Pam Bondi, and Kash Patel on Day One of his/her presidency.  Then get the rest of the Nazis on Day Two.

Any Democrat who says “Let’s restore decency.” is what got us here and will not get my vote.

ICE shooting comes after bombshell probe finds new recruits ‘can barely read or write’

The explosive Daily Mail report found that the administration’s $50,000 signing bonus attracted droves of unqualified recruits — high school grads who can “barely read or write,” overweight candidates with doctor’s notes saying they’re unfit, and even applicants with pending criminal charges.

The report exposed how Immigration and Customs Enforcement took a blowtorch to hiring standards, with one Department of Homeland Security official blasting: “We have people failing open-book tests and we have folks that can barely read or write English.”

Officials sent recruits to a Georgia training center before drug test results came back, later discovering some tested positive.

At the academy, some recruits showed up with tattoos tied to gangs and white supremacists. One bailed for a court date on a gun charge, and another was arrested for exploding at a bus driver. To boot, sex harassment accusations emerged, with a source describing to the Daily Mail predatory behavior during training.

Say his name: The murderer is JONATHAN ROSS

DHS Secretary Noem doxxed him.

Hilarious that Kristi Noem is 100% responsible for providing the information necessary to reveal the identity of Jonathan Ross, the pig who murdered Renee Good.

Say her name: RENEE NICOLE GOOD

Who was Renee Nicole Good, the woman killed by ICE?

Renee Nicole Good

The woman shot dead by a federal immigration agent in Minneapolis has been identified as Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old mother of three who had just moved to the city.

She was a prize-winning poet and a hobby guitarist, who city leaders have said was there as a legal observer of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) activities.

But the Trump administration has called her a “domestic terrorist”.

Good’s death has sparked protests across the country, with many people holding signs that read “Justice for Renee”.

Her mother, Donna Ganger, told the Minnesota Star Tribune that her daughter was “probably terrified” during the confrontation with officers that saw her fatally shot and that she was “one of the kindest people I’ve ever known”.

“She was extremely compassionate,” Ganger told the daily newspaper. “She’s taken care of people all her life. She was loving, forgiving and affectionate. She was an amazing human being.”

Her father, Tim Ganger, told the Washington Post that “she had a good life, but a hard life”.

A fundraiser for Good’s family, which was set up with a target of $50,000, raised more than $500,000 in 15 hours.

In what appears to be Good’s Instagram account, which has now been made private, Good described herself as a “poet and writer and wife and mom”, who was “experiencing Minneapolis”.

A US citizen, Good was originally from Colorado Springs and had moved to Minneapolis just last year from Kansas City.

The Minnesota Star Tribune reports that she used to host a podcast with her second husband, Tim Macklin, who died in 2023. They had a son together, who is now six years old, Macklin’s father told the newspaper.

She had two other children with her first husband, who spoke to US media on condition that his name was not used. He said that Good was not an activist and that she was a devoted Christian who went to Northern Ireland on youth missions when she was younger.

She had previously worked as a dental assistant and at a credit union, but had mainly been a stay-at-home mum in recent years, according to the Associated Press.

Good studied creative writing at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and in 2020 she won an undergraduate prize from the Academy of American Poets for her piece entitled On Learning to Dissect Fetal Pigs.

“When she is not writing, reading, or talking about writing, she has movie marathons and makes messy art with her daughter and two sons,” her biography from the prize reads, as quoted in US media. It seems to have now been removed.

Good graduated the same year from the university’s College of Arts and Letters with a degree in English.

Its president said in a statement that her sudden death was “yet another clear example that fear and violence have sadly become commonplace in our nation”.

“May Renee’s life be a reminder of what unites us: freedom, love, and peace,” Old Dominion University president Brian Hemphill wrote.

Several state leaders have said that Good was at the scene of an ICE raid in the south of Minneapolis as a legal observer – a volunteer who monitors police and security forces at protests and operations. Their aim is to help maintain calm, deter misconduct and ensure legal rights are respected.

Good’s mother told the Minnesota Star Tribune that her daughter was “not part of anything” that involved challenging ICE agents.

AND NOW, HERE COME THE LIES AND BULLSHIT FROM TRUMP AND HIS GESTAPO

But White House officials, including the president, have said Good was not simply observing, but also interfering in the officers’ work.

US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Good had been “stalking and impeding their work” all day by “blocking them in” with her car and “shouting at them”.

Good “weaponised her vehicle”, Noem told reporters, and then tried to run over one of the officers “in an attempt to kill or cause bodily harm to agents, an act of domestic terrorism”.

The ICE agent feared for his life, Noem said, and “fired defensive shots”.

This story was backed up by Trump, who wrote on Truth Social that “the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting”.  WTF does Trump know about the incident?

He called her a “professional agitator” who “violently, willfully, and viciously” ran over an ICE officer.

How to tell if Trump, Noem, or anyone else associated with Trump is lying:  IF THEIR LIPS ARE MOVING, THEY ARE LYING.

But the city’s mayor said the agent who shot Good had acted recklessly.

“Having seen the video myself, I want to tell everybody directly: that is bullshit,” Jacob Frey said. “This was an agent recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying, getting killed.”

Good reportedly lived just a few blocks from where she was killed, and the scene is about one mile from where George Floyd was murdered in 2020 by a city police officer, sparking worldwide anti-racism protests.
